What Are the RECO Fee Reductions Starting March 1, 2023?

Beginning March 1, 2023, RECO announced significant fee reductions for all registrants. These reductions are funded by RECO’s reserves and will remain in effect until further notice. Here’s what’s changing:

• Registration Application Fee: Reduced from $390 to $306 for all new, renewal, and reinstatement applications.
• Brokerage Transfer Fee: Reduced from $100 to $25 for registrants transferring to another brokerage.
• Application Review Fee: Reduced from $200 to $50 for all new and reinstatement applications.
