The website realtor.ca has recently undergone a number of updates, including the addition of an extensive listing of all sales on the site.

Utilizing Brokerage Support
We are always able to supply you with MLS data on actives and sales. A Geowarehouse Report is also available for those who are interested in making an offer.

SHOWING APPOINTMENTS – NO CHANGES – SAME AS BEFORE
Showing appointments don’t change when you’re parked. As before, you call the Listing Brokerage and give them your name, the Brokerage’s name, and the Brokerage’s phone number.

Once the Listing Brokerage has added you to their system, they will send the showing confirmation and instructions.Automated confirmations are sent to you via text message and voicemail.

Working with prospective Sellers – Listing a Property

Listing a Property:
Its is same as before – you are the Listing Agent – its your Listing. Get the proper documentation ready and signed by the Sellers. Email everything to the our support staff and we will upload to TREB MLS.  We also Inter boarded with other Boards.
The Brokerage will be the Listing Agent and you will be added as 2nd Listing person in the Broker Remarks  area. Your name + Cell + Emails will be there

Broker Bay + Other Showing requests/appointments

Broker Bay:
We are registered with Broker Bay – all of our MLS listings will allow online appointments. All showing requests will be automatically forwarded to you as the Listing Agent. You will have total control over the process. We will also text you all other showing requests.
