Parking Your License with our NON-MLS Branch
You can park as long as you want. You can change to Active MLS Agent Status anytime you wish.The process will involved application your Real Estate Board. Even when Parked, you can still do referrals, co-operate with other Agents or continue working in the Real Estate field. You will get full support.

Commission splits – for both Residential & Commercial transactions Here is the clear procedures and costs of doing transactions,
A. Transaction – If you do a transaction – buying or selling – residential or commercial – the transaction fee is $495.00 per transaction. 100% commissions paid to you.
B. MLS Transaction – If you want to have your Listing on MLS or any Inter Boarding – the Brokerage will List the Property togeather with you. Both you and the Broker of Record will collectively work in the Sellers best Interest to sell the property successfully.The Commissions paid/received by the Listing Brokerage will be equally split between both you and the Broker of Record.
C. Residential Lease Transactions – For all Residential Lease transactions done by you will earn you 100% Commission minus $150.00 per transaction.
D. Commercial Lease Transactions – Commercial Lease Transactions commission is 90% to you and 10% will be retained by the Brokerage. Keep in mind that these Lease Commission may be paid over the term of the Lease – as per the Lease Agreement.
Everything is in a written Agent Contract. All Commissions are paid electronically.
You will receive complete support as all our Full-Time Agents do.
By staying registered, you will be still licensed to sell in Ontario. It’s really easy to transfer from ‘Park Your License‘ into a full-time Agent.
