Parking your license
We are My License, a brokerage located in Markham Ontario. We are both a TREB Brokerage as well as a NON-TREB Brokerage. Helping Agents Park their Licenses is just part of what we do.
The rapid speed at which the Real Estate workplace is changing has allowed us to present a “virtual office” environment for Agents that are less active or choose not to work out of a traditional real estate office’ and yet work effectively and provide superior customer service.
Our ‘Park my License’ part of the Brokerage offers Agents who wish to do just that – Park their Real Estate License. Agents understand that the Real estate Licensing Process is costly and they realize that they have already spent an extrodinary amount of time and money getting this License so temporarily Parking this License while thinking things over is your best option.
What can you do by parking your license??
By parking your license, you are merely transferring it to a non-board participant Ontario Real Estate brokerage – My licence – from your existing Real Estate board.
There will be no board fees, OREA, CREA, or expensive brokerage desk costs as a result. You can still trade in real estate if you park your license with us. We have a number of support systems in position to help you trade Real Estate in a range of capacities.
